Park Toptan Elektrik was established in 2003 in Söğütözü/Ankara to carry out wholesale, import, export and direct sales to free consumers, and trade of electrical energy and capacity in accordance with electrical energy regulations.

Park Toptan Elektrik also aims to make related investments employing various technologies, selling electrical energy and capacity to private and governmental organizations and institutions, and participating in capacity lease tenders.

The company started marketing the electrical energy received from Silopi Elektrik and Market Financial Settlement center (PMUM) in free markets. It realized a sales volume of 300 million kwh in 2010.
