26 Ekim 2009 \| Ciner Group Marches into Education Taking the mission of social and culturel development in the society, Ciner Group is gradually running “The Contribution of 50 Educational Institution to National Education” project. Starting the construction of vocational high school with 14 classrooms and a workshop in Afşin Elbistan, Ciner Group will award 2.5 million TL of scholarship to 400 students from Şırnak.

24 Ağustos 2009 \| Park Elektrik and Ceytaş’s amalgamation results in the biggest mine company in the stock market Park Elektrik Production Mining Co. Inc. Chairman Nalan Erkarakaş recorded that the following of the amalgamation of the two companies, an economical growth of 23% in total assets occured in the first 6 months according to the financiel statement at the end of 2008.

17 Mart 2009 \| World's second biggest soda ash facility Turkey’s biggest soda ash production facility has been brought into service by Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan. Soda Ash facilities in Ankara, Beypazarı Trona was completed in 11 years by $ 375 million investment.

17 Mart 2009 \| Erdoğan: Thank to Ciner Group for giant facility Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan, participated to the opening ceremony of Soda Ash Manufacturing Facility, which is an incorportation of Ciner Group and Eti Soda.
